Bella (Rhysand’s Version) (School Semi-Hiatus) | 181 comments Does anyone with strict parents have good excuses for not giving out your phone number? Because when I add people to my phone my dad has to approve them and I’m not allowed to text/call boys, so I end up telling a lot of people that I js don’t remember my number, but that’s obviously not a long term solution. It gives me a lot of anxiety and just makes me feel awkward, so if anyone has anyway to turn people down from a number in an un-awkward way, pls let me know. Thanks! 🙏🙏

Saba | 135 comments Just say you’re not comfortable giving them your number and that your number is just reserved for close family, and offer to give them your social media account instead, and people should respect your boundaries!!

Krisha (krisha_) | 134 comments I don't have strict parents so I don't really know what one would do in that case but maybe you can just say you're not comfortable sharing your number with anyone apart from family and close ones?

Gabrielle Gray | 5 comments Here is my advice:

I personally don’t give out my number because there are so many apps and websites out there that if a creep gets it they can spoof their numbers and still harass you. I would recommend if you really want to talk with someone, give out something like Snapchat because you can still chat with them, you can call them, you can even send pictures and the beauty if that you can unfriend and block and even if they make an account you still have to approve their friendship to you before they can start sending you stuff. Be safe and make smart decisions because there are too many creeps out there praying on young girls.
