Posting a new, as yet unpublished, book cover

Dear Librarians,

I have a book already, Marc's Garden, but a second book is with my publishers, going through the proofreading stage, however, I do have a cover for it and wondered if I can add a picture of the cover with some introductory text to begin to create an interest before it is published. There is no, other detail on the book as yet and no publication date yet. Can I do this? and if so, how?
