[Done] Combine editions and author profile (another audiobook case).

This is a known issue affecting lots of books where audiobooks don't merge properly and spawn a separate author's profile.

Combine editions of The Ellyrian Code: The Treaty of Edriendor and its audiobook, The Ellyrian Code and merge author profiles:

The issue is the name on Amazon vs. the name on Goodreads. No matter which edition imports, it would make a new profile since the names have different spacing.

The Audible editions that are importing are often not combined with the main work, so that issue is indeed annoying.
