Please add a book to my author profile and merge editions

Hi, I'm unable to manually add books to my author account as there are other authors with the same name as me.

Could you please merge the paperback and hardback editions of my forthcoming book Kittiwake Stormhaven and the Pirate's Portolano and add them to my author profile?
