Hi Lauri please don't bump any more frequently than every 48 hours. just about everything is very behind in this group.

In addition, the combine/separate function has been very glitchy recently, so many librarians won't take these requests on.

Thank you for this information Carol - I had no idea how complicated this all is and I'm sure all of you are very frustrated at the bad fix! I will back off on pestering you librarians until this glitch get fixed. I certainly appreciate all that you do!

Attempted combine.

Honestly you should just send this to support. They broke it, they can fix it.

At least they are all on the same profile now.

Once they are combined we can merge the junk records.

Thanks for trying Scott - I know that you all are struggling with the non-fix. I just figured I'd try one more time to see if there had been an improvement yet. I will try to send it to support and other than that I will wait, along with you hardworking librarians for an actual fix.
