Wrong books on my author page

There is a book on my author page, "Earned Value Professional Certification Study Guide," edited by someone named Ken Cressman, who is not me, and that is not my book. Please remove. Also, my book "Out of Time" is listed twice, once with my cover and once without. Please remove the one without a cover. Thanks.
