How do I do that?

It can only be done on a computer.
Next to the name of your request:
Requests for Superlibrarians > Request to add missing information
there should be a small button that says "edit".
Hitting that will get you to a pull-down menu.
The third entry is the folder you need.
Click on it and hit "save".
