Book title is appearing twice

Hi! My forthcoming title, The Descended, is appearing under two "accounts," separating ratings and reviews. I think this is because I asked this Librarians Group to add it (thank you) and then after I put it on Amazon, it appeared a second time.

Are you able to combine the two so the full family of ratings and reviews is available together and doesn't potentially confuse readers? Thank you.
