I'm one of the thousands of Wikipedia editors. We worry about having copyright violations on our site so someone flagged one of our articles as such. Investigating it, I found that the real issue is that someone here has copied Wikipedia content (which we joyfully encourage) without proper attribution (the joy fades). Who do I discuss this with to give details and instructions on how show the license under which Wikipedia content can legally be reused?

Carol, how on earth do I get past that mechanized page you linked me to? That does not at all seem to be set up for people like me. You can't explain a legal issue like copyright compliance in a little box. Is there some way to reach someone to have an actual dialog with?
