Description: The poet Peter Laugesen has distinguished himself as one of the most important art writers in Denmark since the late 1970s.

The book is illustrated and is preceded by a foreword by Poul Erik Tøjner, director of Louisiana, and Rune Lykkeberg, editor-in-chief of Dagbladet Information.

Peter Laugesen (b. 1942) debuted in 1967 with the poetry book Landskab and has since published more than 50 poetry collections, most recently Morgensange (2025). Laugesen has also written plays, collaborated with jazz musicians and translated books from English, Swedish and French. Since the 1970s, he has written about art for Dagbladet Information.
