Okay...umm..it is a bit complicated and the paragraph will be long because the problem is big for me. The thing is we live in a family, where our parents are strict in many things...we are not allowed to do many things but we have enough freedom and I respect that.I have a sister, she is older than me (5 yrs)..she is in college.
A year and half ago...we went to a mall for shopping and she gave me her to hold while she went to dressing room. So, a message popped up in her phone and I found out that she is with someone..maybe in a relatioship. I was devastated. And the thing is...I found out that she-...um..it is hard to type this too..she maybe drinks or more than that who knows. I kept that inside me because if I had told my parents..they will break from inside. My mother is specially sensitive she will not be able to bear that. I am not telling this to my parents only for their sake...I don't want to see my parents break down. And yesterday I was using chatgpt for something and I guess my sister doesn't know that she is using my email to use chatgpt. And it showed everything which she asked the chatgpt and I found out that she also went to another town without telling and she was there with a boy. It was a photo which she asked the chat to turn into ghibli art. I know in many of your homes you are allowed to date but here it is not like that. And personally I don't beleive in dating until you are a mature person. So the thing is it is so much to keep inside me now..and I don't think I can confront my sister. I don't know what I should do. I can't tell my friends maybe I'm afraid they'll think bad about me idk. I can't just hold this up anymore or maybe I can but I'm suffering to keep it all inside me. I feel betrayed, angry, sad..and I don't know what else. What should I do?
I’m really sorry that you’re going through that. Honestly, that seems like too much to keep inside, and I feel like it might be good to tell your parents even if it’s hard, because they’ll likely find out at some point. Also, talking to your friends is a good idea, because if they’re good friends they won’t judge you for it. If you ever need anyone to talk to I’m always here <33
Ik that I should tell my parents but they'll break down badly. I don't want to see them like that. And apart from that if I tell my parents everything will change immediately..like now everything is normal my sister don't even know that I know all that. After I tell my parents everything will change in an instant.
I get that, I’m glad you’re able to talk about it here though, and I honestly feel like if eventually you can tell her you know it might help. Sorry if this is really bad advice lol
Ok, basically I just need advice for counselling/therapy, because it’s supposed to work but it never has for me 😭 every single counseller I’ve been to was such a bad fit for me and I’ve been to 4 and one school counseller which was the worst fail of all time. I can’t open up to the. Even after months and when I finally opened up to one she literally cried and I felt so guilty. But I know I should try to get my mental health better because it’s… pretty bad… so it’s important but after so many bad experiences I’m scared to try agai
Ok thanks! Yeah, I think all I tried were talk therapy even though they all said they did all the different types but yeah I’ll try that
Help I just came out to my best friend in the world and we are on WhatsApp using view once photos but she’s taken like 5-6 min so far and she opened it at 22 past and I’m scared and overthinking everything I also told her that my mental health isn’t too good right now I’m so scared
She supports me!!!!!!! And understands that it’s hard to figure things out and stuffAlso she said I can talk to her whenever but also if I needed to to talk to someone who can help abd what ever
I just said thank you for supporting me and stuff abd that it’s not bad enough to talk to someone about it but thatnk you
