Trying to set a book as the primary edition but its giving me an error.

Trying to set this book as the primary edition:

But it's giving me this error below:
"Sorry, this book could not be set as the work's primary edition."

Can someone help? The previous edition is no longer available.

Librarians cannot set primary/default edition.
