ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Neha's love for writing started even before Orkut was a thing. (Orkut was basically Facebook before Facebook took over) But passion took a backseat to practicality. She spent years navigating the corporate world, climbing ladders, and checking all the "right" boxes-until life threw her a plot twist.

During the covid lockdown, while on sabbatical from work and embracing motherhood, she rediscovered her long-lost dream of writing. Turns out, sleep deprivation and endless baby bottles can also spark creativity!

When she's not weaving stories, Neha enjoys swimming, cycling, and chess-at least, that's what she tells people. Her real hobbies? binge-watching Netflix, indulging in retail therapy, and fangirling over BTS.

She lives in Mumbai, India, with her family.

These poems convey to me a specific idea: BTS fandom can give people solace and inner strength.

It's a phenomenon outsiders, I think it's fair to say, often have a hard time understanding. Poetry is an interesting approach towards this thing. Towards this mysterious phenomenon of BTS, now with us nearly ten years.
