Combine Kindle and Paperback Editions for New Release

My Kindle and paperback editions are not combined. I selected them to be combined earlier this morning. It says to wait 15 minutes. It's been much longer than that, but I don't know how long the queue is. Could someone check for me? If they are not in the queue to be combined, please combine them for me. Also, if you would, please add them to the seriesL Enid Gilchrist Mysteries #6.

Yes, but it doesn't work any better for us.
