Gatsby hears a scream coming from the parking lot, seeing the commotion he runs over, watching Kay drive whilst sleeping makes him panic, he runs towards the car, which isn't going too fast, and rips the door open "WAKE UP KAY"

Guys plot twist THIS was all a dream, and Kay wakes up in bats arms instead of a hospital 😱))

We already did that!!! We can't use the same twist twice))

An ambulance pulls up, Gatsby picks up Kay and carries him over "Something is wrong" he tells the emts, "I'm doing my best to keep him awake" the emts load him up and hook him into a respirator and IV drip, which allows him to sleep if he wants "It's okay now, Kay, go to sleep."

Kay is knocked out sleeping as his heart rate was lower than it should have been as he groans

They get to the hosptial, Gatsby is talking with the doctors, he hears stirring from Kay

Are you okay with Kay having some sort of cardiovascular diease to explain this or did you have a separate idea?))
