Vetting slug lines

I am new to this and am blown away at how evolved the Beta Reader Group is. I have a question one step upstream from beta reading.

Is there a place where I can pitch slug lines?
My head is filled with a bunch of story ideas, each of which will take hours to develop. I'm curious if there is an audience for it or if I'm just fooling myself. At the least, I can start to prioritize ideas.

Any help would be great.
