As it turns out, the Danish publisher decided to split up the first two books into 4, of which only the first two are listed correctly on the https://www.goodreads.com/series/3367...
Then however they decided to no longer split the books and just kept going with the number sequence - this means that what we have listed in Denmark as book 5 is actually book 3, book 6 is book 4 and so on and so forth. (so far 8 books in total have been published in Danish, with nr 8 in fact being nr 6)
How can we correct this in a way that shows the correct numbers but also doesn't completely confuse other Danish people looking for what is essentially the wrong number book?
I believe, when a series is published in a different language with different volume numbering, the appropriate method is to create a different series. Perhaps a more experience librarian could weigh in on this and tackle sorting it out?
