Anyone reading anything for either of these? Or is there a preference to which one ya'll want me to use?

Just posted for butter. Unfortunately, it didn't work for large shrimp. Just started another today but it doesn't work either. I think shrimp may be a tricky one.

The one I just posted does work for ground ginger. Jamie, you could take large shrimp and butter should be easy. The book I'm currently reading works for butter.
