Thank you Romuald! I'll keep that in mind for the future. I wasn't aware that there was a specific Swedish group for requests. Maybe it would be wise to move my other requests there? (I still have a bunch of open ones...).

Yes, you can copy those to the Swedish group and delete your posts in this general Librarians group. The average processing time in the Swedish group is several days or a week, while here it can take months before your request is processed.

Here is general information about this issue, in Swedish:

Det du beskriver (poster försvinner) kan ibland hända på grund av en bugg i systemet.
Försök att posta igen, men prova att:
A) stänga av eventuellt VPN-program först om du använder sådant
B) posta utan länkar i din förfråga (detta kan du komplettera med i efterhand)
C) se till att du har verifierat e-post adress.
Om problemet att posta fortsätter att inträffa ska du kontakta support ("Report a bug", på engelska).
