Please merge

Hello, there are two duplicate Goodreads profiles showing up for the same author/book, one with periods in the author name (J.T.) and one without (JT). The author is unable to claim her book as a result of the duplication.

Is it possible to merge the one without periods, into the one with them (or outright remove the one without periods)? Our goal (I work with the publisher of the book) is that the version that remains on Goodreads is the one with periods / that is linked to the author's other titles already. The reason for the duplication issue is because the Amazon listing for one of the author's books has no periods in the author name, while the author's other books and other Amazon listings do have periods in the name.

Thank you so much! It looks like one of the author's books automatically connected to the Snapshots book when you merged, but the Fish Town book below didn't.

I will contact the author and have them try to claim their profile shortly now that the merge is complete!
