This section can be seen by all members. Please note that posts made by Teresa are how Teresa has been doing things lately, not the way they have always been, and perhaps you can suggest improvements.
Frequent: * check any new posts and comments to make sure they are in a reasonable part of the discussions. Particularly check for self-promotion done outside the self-promotion section. Nominating your own book for a pick is allowed as long as it’s barely more than title and author and link to Goodreads page for the book. * similarly check for impolite posts and comments, spam, etc.
Monthly: * 7th: post nomination threads * 22nd: choose the picks and lock the nomination threads * post discussion threads for the new picks * 1st: update the status of the currently-reading and to-read books to read and currently-reading
Rarely: * contact a member who has broken one of the rules directly if possible to either explain why you deleted his post or comment or ask him to fix it (with a time limit). If there is no way to contact the member directly, remove him from the group.
