Claudia Faith | 78 comments It kinda depends on your body but some things to keep in mind is you cant spot reduce (like fat you wanna lose in certain areas), drink plenty of water, being in a calorie deficit helps a lot, exercising regularly is healthy in general, for weight loss or not, and Ive heard white foods are more fattening.

Claudia Faith | 78 comments Also absolutely do not starve yourself to hurry the process not only does it create a bad relationship with food but your body stores it because it goes into survival mode


autumn (college hiatus) | 206 comments if you can, change your diet to mostly protein, balanced with healthy carbs and fats. most of your change will come from that. adding strength training and cardio, drinking lots of water, and getting you steps in will really help.

Benji | 180 comments 16 hour fasting (daily.) Fat burning pills are extremely harmful & most are generally a waste of money when all you have to do is time your meals, eat clean, & exercise.

8: hour eating window. Clean eating diet. No artificial sweets.

after the 16 hour mark your body dives into survival mode. With a systematic response in our D.N.A for a heighten sense of mental clarity. So it helps with studying, instead of eating artificial sweets for brain fog and low response energy.

Some do the 20 & 4. For unreal results.

Morning cardio. on empty stomach,
followed by ab work.

This way your body become fit not simply a bag of bones.

Saunas help relax the mind, and releases tension in muscles.
hydrate properly. Coconut water after never before.

1/2 cayenne curbs appetite, along mix with pineapple juice or a 1/4 of a squeezed lemon in water.

i know this probably isn't the kind of comment you were looking for, but you are wonderful as yourself and you don't need to lose weight for anything or anyone. if anyone ever judges you based on your weight they are not worth your time and you should leave them and never look back. love u

use calorie deficit method it's all about calories in vs calories out to lose weight. Calculators online can help you using your height and weight to calculate how many calories you need per day to lose weight. I did this and lost 1 stone over 12 weeks but I was still enjoying life and having dinners out/ cocktails I wasn't totally strict.
Get your steps in and hydration too. walking and water will be your bestie.
