Yes, this is the first in a new series.

No, the same title, just a different volume number such as Vol. 2, Vol. 3, Vol. 4, etc.

Descriptions are always subjective, I don't consider some of the text there to be a description of the book as such.
If you want the description in a certain form it would be better to add it yourself, when you ask others to edit on your behalf you are leaving the decisions to them.
