two pages for one book

Hi, I've just seen that there are two pages for the same book, one has all the reviews and correct information (this is one the I'd like to remain up) but there's also a second listing for the same book with no reviews and I'm not sure how to combine/delete the unused one

This requires a superlibrarian so I will work on it then update this post.

I've deleted the placeholder edition. All the reviews and ratings are still there, but due to caching it can take a while for them to recalculate/upload to the new edition. If you see different numbers that is why.
