My book is attributed to different author with same name

Hi, my new book, "So You Want To Be An Extremist" is currently attributed to a different C.T. Jackson. I need help in removing them and adding me as the author of both the ebook and print versions.So You Want To Be An Extremist: A Motley Manifesto For The Motivated Maniac
