My books unlinked for some reason

Hi. I am L.M Douglas - my book above as well as my book 2 Gharantia's Fury, somehow unlinked. There seemed to be a glitch with my surname at one point (I cant remember changing my name to WAR - but this happened), I have also noticed that the book reviews of both of my books appeared to have merged. For example - A review by Sean O'Boyle appears on the Gharantia's Fury review page. It is all a bit of a mess! (as if my two books attempted to merge for some reason. I only have these two books out and really need them re-attached to my author dashboard. Can you please help? Thanks in advance.
