My least favorite character is Amarantha. She chose not to find peace within herself, and that’s something I pity her for. The hate she carries is understandable when considering her past and the pain she endured, but the actions she takes against others are cruel and unforgivable. Instead of breaking the cycle of violence, she fueled it. Amarantha let her suffering justify the suffering she inflicted, ruling through fear, manipulation, and torture. She had power and pain, two things that could have inspired change, but she chose vengeance. Her refusal to heal only deepened the wounds around her, which is why I cannot favor her.
✏️Which character would you most want
to meet?(+10)
The character I’d most want to meet is definitely Rhysand obviously. He’s the kind of person who’s been through hell but still manages to lead with kindness and strength. I’d love to just sit down and talk with him, hear how he balances all that power with such deep loyalty and love. Plus, let’s be real he’s charming as hell.
Lucien is right up there too. He’s been dealt a rough hand more than once, but he still keeps going. I really respect how loyal he is, even when it hurts. And his dry humor? I feel like we’d have some great conversations, probably over a drink or two.

Honestly, my least favorite character is Yulia, Kirill’s mother. There’s just something about her that immediately rubbed me the wrong way. She’s cold, manipulative, and always seems to have an ulterior motive. Instead of being a supportive or even slightly caring parent, she treats Kirill like some tool to further her own goals. Every time she appears, the atmosphere shifts, it gets tenser, darker, like she sucks the warmth out of the room. I get that she’s supposed to be this powerful figure, but I couldn’t connect with her at all. Her presence made me uncomfortable, and not in a compelling villain way, just in a way that made me want her out of the scene.

To me it was Sasha mostly and a bit of Kirill. I think that is because the story, the narrative started with her tell why she joined the military and we get to know her in the beginning and everything seems to be happening around her most of the time, but also Kirill since we had his pov, he we got to learn about him to and tbh sometimes when they didn’t communicate and had the same thoughts for each other, I was dying that why didn’t they share their thoughts and feelings to each other more!! But in the end they seems to find there peace 🥹😆💗

This is a summer romance book by a writer who delivers 'happily-ever-after' so I fully expected some conflict, obstacle to the MMC and FMC uniting in love-affirming devotion. I was not expecting the dark cloud, that medical fears would be the reason for the cock-block. I was almost tempted to skip ahead to the last chapter, but the chapter titles were enough to allay fears.
