I would just stop responding at this point. Multiple people have politely asked for more info since April. Even if someone doesn't realize the guidelines they wouldn't be doing this. Most people try to post correctly and I don't think this person has made an effort to find out how from Help, Support, or Google, as most posters would. I'll flag too.
