it's not just one situation, it's everytime someone asks me to help or suggests something. But I'll give you two situations:
1. my piano teacher suggested I could take a music exam next year. In didn't want to, but I agreed, just because I couldn't say no.
2. My German teacher asked me to tutor another student. I knew I didn't have time for it but still I said yes...
