Can you check #5? Looks like it still needs to be combined. One of the listings has the wrong series name, but both book pages route to The Sumner Brothers Series on Amazon and share the same description.

I've left the name of the series as it appears in each of the editions and covers as per the Manual, making sure the series page has the current name (and this particular edition seems to have been last modified by the author, so the name of the series, even if old, should be ok).
