a cosy blanket, hot drink, either my lava lamp or a candle on, and some reading ambience on, the vibes are immaculate
Definitely cozy in my bed before sleeping—warm light on, tucked under the covers, everything quiet around me. It’s the perfect way to unwind. I also love reading in a park, sitting on a bench under a beautiful tree, with sunlight gently filtering through the branches. There’s something peaceful about being surrounded by nature like that. And of course, somewhere idyllic while on vacation (as long as it’s not in direct sun—I’m not a sunbather!). Just give me a bit of shade, a good book, and I’m happy.
I like to get a fuzzy blanket, curl up on the couch and read with low lighting (I use a kindle). I also love to either put on the Bridgerton fireplace on Netflix or the Spotify playlist “reading at night (no vocals).” It’s a vibe.
Personally reading in different ways from car to train ride to waiting in the car for something and at the doctor's office and hair appointment to anywhere but for me reading in a well lit room preferably the sunny light not led lights in house and a nice cup of iced tea, or warm tea or decaf coffee and sometimes just a cup of coffee. a nice coffee shop is a sweet spot, never had luxury to read in nature, I feel too shy to read in my front porch unless its like 100 degrees and its like 9am in the morning then I will gladly enjoy outside before the 2pm sun hits outside and it is blazing
Sometimes even just having my dog nearby is also a plus ☺️.
I hope to create my own reading room someday bevause that would be 💎
I just need a heated blanket, my cat and some agua.

my most ideal is setting is at night, with a candle lit, a dim lamp, cozy blanket and on the couch or in bed 🫶🏼

I sit crisscrossed with my book in my lap and hunched over it 😭My chiropractor hates to see me coming 💀
I have a papasan chair, I cozy up with a blanket, and my water bottle. I shut the big light off and use natural sunlight.
