It might not have an ISBN, but 1978 is not too early to have one.
I don't know the exact reason why it doesn't have one, but it doesn't. It may be cause it was published with the government (MEC, Ministério da Educação e Cultura), idk. I have a copy with me and really doens't show a ISBN or similar.

What is the source of the cover you shared.
If it is a photo taken by you, please also share a photo of the Edition information page, where is Publication date, Publisher info, etc...

I cant find any other source, but I hav one copy of the book with me. Where can I upload the cover and other infos?
