Max in the House of Spies is an exciting story about a boy called Max who finds himself in the middle of World War II and becomes a spy for the British. He is helped by two strange magical creatures and ends up on a secret mission to stop the nazis. The book takes you to different places like Germany and London and it’s full of action and mystery. I would definitely recommend this book if you like adventures and spy stories. It’s fun and exciting. A great World War II book!
