My debut The Grass Widow was first published by Troubador. I have recently republished with KDP with a new cover and would like to combine the two editions under the new one (Troubador is in the process of withdrawing the old edition from all markets). There's a complication in that the new kindle edition is showing with the new cover (black with wine glass) but the new paperback shows with a blank cover (see link). Help! Many thanks, Vanessa

The cover is showing for me, in fact the log says it was added on the 19th May.

All editions are combined.
