Combining 2 pages for the same book

My book, "Before the Balance," has an Ebook page (with proper accreditation for illustrator and editor) and a paperback page that I was hoping could be merged!

There is also a Hardcover version that doesn't seem to appear on either, and I would love to see it all merged into one page.
