Hey!! I've been wanting to read the Shatter me series for a while but... I've heard some mixed things about it. Im 18 but only read Ya without any spicy check my read books list to get an idea. I dont mind kissing or tension in books but im a bit uncomfortable with the 👌👈 scenes or detailed. And I heard its Ya but some still say it has spice around the 3th book 🥲 if so let me know. And if you really want to help me out then please let me know which chapters of which books so i can skip the chapters if i want to read it :)

hello!! Shatter Me actually starts out very tame. The first two books are almost entirely emotional tension and kissing, with zero graphic detail. It’s really comfortable, YA. Book 3 does dial up the heat to about a 3/5 on a YA scale. Think extended make-out scenes and lots of simmering tension, but it’s still all fade-to-black (no explicit s3x). If that level of steam feels like too much, you could safely stop after book 3 without missing any key plot points. After that, the later books move more firmly into New Adult–style intimacy (around a 4/5), so you’d definitely want to skip those if you prefer to keep things mild.

Bottom line: if kissing and tension is your limit, you’ll be perfectly fine through Ignite Me (book 3), and can then choose whether to dive into the spicier stuff or wrap up there. ENJOY!!! :D
What i like about shatter me is that the romantic part is just a side thing and not the main story so based on that i wouldn’t say it’s spicy. I only read the first three books so far tho
