Please notice that apparently changing the cover with a nearly identical one doesn't count as publishing a "new edition" of the book on Amazon (I was able to change the cover without making a new edition of the book there because the change was minimal: the new cover is just a slightly zoomed-in version of the old one).

We do not list editors on novels.
