Several updated book covers and a realignment in a series

Please realign Donut Know Who Donut Know Who from the series Life in Live Oak to Such a Boss.

Also, there are new covers for several books. Did I read correctly that they will automatically change when the purchase volume warrants? Or do I need to give you the information for you to manually change them?

Kindles will automatically change. For physical formats, you can add an alternate cover edition.

Series requests should be posted in the series folder.
