Shaking and teeth chattering can be physical manifestations of anxiety, particularly bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching). Anxiety triggers the body's stress response, causing muscle tension, including in the jaw, which can lead to teeth grinding and chattering.



this is anxiety but panic attacks feel a little different (at least for me idk if they’re different for other people) but it helps to take deep breaths and try to still yourself. Even if your mind knows you are safe, your body will try to convince you otherwise. It can also help to listen to music or distract yourself with a conversation. Hope this helps 🫶


i’ve seen some people on here say to take deep breaths but it never helps me.. so to this day i still haven’t found anything that helps :(
