Please Merge Duplicate

Author created 2 preorders on Amazon and cancelled both after the listing was created on Goodreads. Now the valid listing is up on both sites. I was able to delete one of the invalid listings because it was not shelved but I need the other merged into the actual preorder listing please. Usually I combine them before I request a merge but combine isn't working again.

Superlibrarian don't have any combine magic. If you can't combine it, neither can we. Just need to be patient and try over and over.
