Could somebody please add book 4 of the Avery & Carter series, Cult of the Kraken:

I have also released a box set which combines books 1-3 as well:

I don't know if it's standard practice to add box sets to a series (I suppose it would be 3.5?) but if so, could somebody also please do that?
