Author Program Issue

Hello,
I applied to the Author Program and was rejected twice. I am not sure why as I filled the form in completely:
-My account is associated with my official author email address
-My author website shows my same author email address
-KDP was N/A
-My publisher's email address was listed
-My link to the publisher's page book announcement was listed
-My listed booked were verified as correct

What do I do?
