Cover for a book that doesn't exist

Hi! One of my books has the wrong book cover and the ASIN, format, and pub date don't match either. There was some confusion with a duplicate that Amazon removed, but the wrong cover is still showing on Goodreads. I tried to fix the problem on Goodreads via the alternate cover route a couple of years ago but that didn't work. Can anyone help me get the correct cover transferred from Amazon to Goodreads?
