[Open] Change author profile: Degrees of Freedom

Hi, I am the author of Degrees of Freedom: On Robotics and Social Justice, but it is showing up associated with a different Tom Williams (common name!) so I cannot claim my profile.

Someone said they fixed this before but it just defaulted to yet another Tom Williams apparently. :(
