DEFININATELY NOT BEFORE
just like "man this guy looks super weird and is followed me *stabs him*"
meanwhile the guy just wanted to ask you for directions

Lol I'm countering I do that all the time, you can find out my real opinions by asking me on my topic :P

well i mean like if it is about to happen
if it has already happened, might as well wait for trial

no bcs you can get that item back hopefully and theft is not on the same level of rape. you cant make trauma ..."
so agree

ok bcs for a second i was pissed at you TvT

theft doesn’t inherently cause physical harm
if physical harm is occurring, then you are legally within your ..."
but self defense to what extent, should you kill?
rape is one of the worst crimes in my opinion but i don't think she should be allowed to kill him. punch him or kick his penis or whatever is fine, but i don't think killing him would necessarily be okay
honestly though if someone was trying to rape me i wouldn't bother trying to kill them i would just hurt them enough to get away

Yes. Thats my main thing actually
However my question is should it be legal if you accidentally kill them? Obviously ( i think) that its illegal and one would be charged but do you still think its okay if its accidental?
if it's accidental it's still not okay but i don't think she should be punished excessively, definitely not more than her rapist would have been

i agree!

preach i agree

i will never forgive a rapist. they know what they did and i hope they burn in hell for it"
realest answer ever. forgiveness for rape is not real.

marital rape is still rape. unfortunately, many women dont consider it to be so.

if it comes to it, then sure. but if she has a way to escape without harming the rapist, sure as well.
but if i got raped. i would 100% kill him/her if i had the chance. most rapists get away with rape too.

And let’s be clear—this isn’t just about women. Men also experience rape, though it’s often overlooked or dismissed. A powerful example is the Menendez brothers, who claimed years of sexual abuse by their father, which ultimately led to them killing their parents.
Rape has nothing to do with sexual desire, it’s an act of violence used as a show of power.

But yet they sometimes charge women with murder if they end up killing the person in self defense. It's stupid and the justice system sucks

well, if the person had broken into your house to rape you, I don't think their circumstance should matter all that much, rape is rape

Agreed. Although, it might cause the person being r@ped some trauma later on from k!lling someone.

but if they didnt kill them they'd have truama from being raped, and soooo many others would have to bear that trauma if the rapiest is let go... its a lose, or LOSE situation
no bcs you can get that item back hopefully and theft is not on the same level of rape. you cant make trauma go away and you cant get your virginity back
