Reading challenge error

I accidentally rated a book before I finished it and it was added to the reading challenge. Then I deleted it and now that I've actually finished it, it's not being added back, can I add it manually??

This doesn't have anything to do with librarians. You might just need to wait a bit for the system to update. Otherwise ask in Help or contact support.
