Please add book to my author page

I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but I went to add my upcoming release to my author dashboard and someone (not me) had already generated a profile for my book. So now I can't make the book profile because it says my ISBN and ASIN numbers are already in use. Is there some way to keep this from happening? It's not the first time, and it's very frustrating. My books if Fatal Misstep (Dileas Security Agency, Book 4), ISBN: 979-8-9986639-1-8

It's because you are not on the default profile for your name. You can ask support if they would be willing to swap the profiles round.
