wow, this family is really in chaos. how tough to lose her mom and her marriage. and after she'd written that pro marriage book. yikes.

I wonder about Celie and what she's really doing out there and what's going on. Lila doesn't seem to have the head space to take care of herself right now, let alone to be involved and healthy with Celie.

and Bill. he's sweet and I love that he's stepping in but maybe he should pick Violet up. poor Lila, I wouldn't want to go see the new girlfriend every day either

and wow, Gene - there just when he needs her and never as a father. I hope they have it out

awe, I really like Jensen. he's sweet but is also really clear on who he is. someone like that is definitely what I'd rather have than this school dad that seems to put her on a backburner all the time.

Celie - I love that Gene helped her gain some confidence. I love that he's noticing she's not okay and is really reaching out to her and not taking no for an answer. but he's so gentle.

I'm so glad she yelled at Gene and Bill. They were so over the top ridiculous, I don't even live with them and that house felt crazy! lol

(view spoiler)[ I just knew Gabriel was gross. I had the feeling he was seeing other women at the school. the way he never used her name (nicknames) and the way he kept saying it was their secret. that's so sad

but Jensen breaks my heart the most. she did him so dirty. she couldn't just be up front and honest about anything. she used him and didn't even feel bad about it. I hope she apologizes

and poor Bill. heartbroken now that he knows

and now Gene is gone. he did so much for Celie - I hope they are able to make up again

and I like her friend - I'm glad she's figured out she's ready to settle back down

I'm glad Lila gave up on the rebound book and went for the ghostwriter memoir. Such a better idea, lol. I agree, it would have been tough to release a book like that!!

I'm also glad she forgave both her dad and her ex husband. holding on to all the anger just wasn't good for anyone
