They have different covers. Seem more like an ACE than a duplicate.
Looks like you are right, thanks for noticing. In fact, the second one also has additional content (which is advertised on the cover). I got confused because the first one also claimed to be the "extended edition" (only the second one is, so I fixed the error in the metadata).
