Fixing edition that doesn't meet catalog guidelines

Hi there,

I'm colleagues with Zahaan Bharmal, author of The Art of Physics, and am trying to tidy up the different editions of his book:

However, I stumbled upon the following version:

This version has a note at the top stating:

"This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed."

Also, for some reason the author's name is listed as "BHARMAL ZAHAAN" rather than "Zahaan Bharmal".

I can fix the latter easily, but can someone please advise me on the best way to go about fixing / combining with another edition (if appropriate) so that it meets catalog guidelines and can be reviewed and rated by readers?
